1.-La Isla Shopping Village
This could be probably the shopping center most visited here in Cancun. You’ll be impressed by its great design and a nice view that overlooks the Nichupte’s lagoon. Here you’ll find heaps of stores, selling shoes and clothes to the best jewelry you could find. But this is not only a place for shopping, La Isla Mall offers you plenty of activities to do. For example, if you want to spend a nice time with your family you may want to visit the Interactive Aquarium, which has a great variety of sea animals and is located inside the mall.
It also has a variety of stupendous restaurants such as La Madonna, Chili’s, Italianni’s, Johnny Rockets, and the Cambalache restaurant for meat lovers.
2.-Plaza Kukulkan
Located at Boulevard Kukulcan km 13, is the second mall we recommend you visit. Plaza Kulkulkan is all about luxury. If you’re looking for the fanciest stores, this is the mall you must visit. You can find gorgeous clothes, shoes, jewelry, and purses, among many other things. Lacoste, Burberry, Bvlgari, MontBlanc, and Envy Stores are just a few of the brands you might find in this shopping center. Another advantage of coming to this mall is that is located very close to the beach, which means there are no excuses for not visiting Plaza Kukulkan after a long day swimming.
3.-Marina Town Center Cancun (Puerto Cancun)
This is the newest mall in Cancun but that doesn’t make it less interesting. As its name says, this shopping center has a pier overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It has also all kinds of stores and restaurants as well as a VIP cinema with an IMAX screen. It’s the perfect place to go for a walk after a long day of fun. The architecture, design, and surroundings of this mall are just stunning. You can get your selfie at one of its great murals or you can just sit and enjoy the sunset with your family and friends.
4.- Fashion Harbour
The Fashion Harbour is situated just next to the La Isla Village Shopping. This mall in the Cancun Hotel Zone has a connection with Plaza La Isla, which is also known as “Plaza la Isla 2” for locals. In addition, Fashion Harbour is a nice shopping center in Cancun with a design type of Venecia with bridges ideal for luxury and fashion lovers where they can enjoy an exclusive shopping experience with a selection of world-renowned designer boutiques.

5.- Grand Outlet Riviera Maya
Grand Outlet Riviera Maya is the most recent mall in Cancun, located only 8 minutes away from the Cancun Airport. It was opened on August 31st, 2023, and is considered the largest shopping center in Latin America. Since the Covid-19 era, the shopping mall has been a project in development, but unfortunately, the pandemic forced its construction to halt. However, today it is completed, and different stores and establishments have been gradually opening. Grand Outlet Riviera Maya includes luxury brands in its directory such as Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Zegna, Carolina Herrera, Hugo Boss, Adolfo Domínguez, and Purificación García, as well as major international brands like Diesel, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, BCBG Maxazria, Adidas, and Levi’s, to name a few.
Although the mall is the newest, you can do a variety of activities such as driving go-karts and taking many photos in different poses with the beautiful views that Grand Outlet Riviera Maya offers.
