Once exiting the airport (be sure to book transportation in advance and exit the building to find your company to avoid being sold to) we found a representative among many holding the company's sign. Upon asking, they had our information. In fact, we received a text message confirming pickup which was super helpful to clarify any time changes. Once identified, they had us wait just two minutes before walking us around to the bay of vans where our shuttle was already there and waiting. It was so quick and safe, a great private ride in a very clean large van for our family of five. The way to go for an affordable, quick and safe ride from the airport to our resort.

We had a wonderful time. The transportation was fabulous and on time. Would recommend to anyone. I will use them again.

For the price, this company can't be beat! We used this company to travel from the Cancun Airport to Playacar. There was someone waiting outside the airport as described, and after checking in he called a car. The driver was very courteous and wore a mask the entire time, and he sanitized our bags before placing them in the car. My wife accidentally left her phone in the car, and didn't realize she was missing it until about 2 hours after we were dropped off at the hotel. After searching all over the hotel, we called Cancun Transportation and asked them if they had seen it. Within 15 minutes, the hotel received a phone call that the driver had located it and would bring it back on his return to the area. About an hour later, the front desk called to inform us that the phone had been returned. I checked my email later and had received a message from Cancun Transport saying who they had dropped it off with, as well as including a photo of the driver handing the phone to the hotel receptionist. I will be using this company for all hotel transports in that area moving forward.

Booked roundtrip online w/a promo code. Least expensive shuttle to south of Playa del Carmen I found. They were waiting at the airport, and then again at the hotel for return. Drivers were courteous and safe. I will use them again.

Both drivers were nice. Our flight was delayed leaving Chicago. Upon arriving in Cancun, I felt shamed because I didn't call to let them know we were going to be late.

We traveled to Cancun for spring break. We had a late flight and it was great to have the friendly driver waiting for us on arrival. When leaving the hotel at 4AM, the pickup time was prompt and we were greeted by another friendly driver! We're returning again in August and will definitely be using this service!

The drivers were so nice! I loved how they offer you a drink of your choice right when you arrive. And they were very easy to find. Not to mention I had emailed them a question before my trip and they were so quick with a response. Also the prices are so reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We were a large group, 16 people, arriving at different times, going from Cancun airport to Tulum. The booking process was very easy; they explained everything. The shuttles are right there at the airport so they are always ready for the pick up. They do check the arrival flights and are flexible in case of delays. Overall a good experience. We are booking bow the return shuttles for Sunday the 20th.

Have used their luxury service 4 times and have booked them again for next month to Playa Del Carmen ... Anyone that has arrived to the craziness of Cancun time share and rental car and shuttle transfers craziness. Will find it comforting to know they are waiting your arrival when you make it all the way out of arrivals. They are helpful, easy to converse with polite and efficient. They provide a very professional service to the point I had requested mexican cola in the glass bottle just taste better and sure enough they had them available. Reasonably priced, safe & reliable transportation from CUN to Tulum City. Round trip $175 USD. I was able to identify the rep straight away outside the baggage claim exit who lead me to the awaiting van for my private transport to Tulum. The driver was pleasant, donned in a mask and offered water during my ride. On the departure back to CUN from Tulum I did have a driver who did not speak English which made it a bit difficult to understand once he arrived. However he got me back to the airport safely & in a timely manner. I’d definitely recommend.

My fiance and I recently used Cancun Airport Transportation (CAT) to take to and from our hotel and Tulum. The experience could not have been easier. We chose the private option and have no regrets. Modern vehicles. Professional drivers. If you need transportation CAT is a great option.

Our driver David was AMAZING!!! He was 5 mins early and we got to the airport on time! Everything went smoothly, he made sure we were well attended! Definitely recommend him!

They were on time for pick up though it was hard to find them at the airport. Driver was great and had drinks available at the car. Definitely recommend for groups or families.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Playa Del Carmen in late August 2020 where we stayed at the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. Unfortunately that resort charges an arm and a leg for airport pick up which is around $195 USD round trip. After a quick search I found Cancun Airport Transportation and booked them instead for around $80 which is a much more fair price. It was easy to book, each driver was exactly on time and assisted us with our luggage. Don't forget to tip your driver :) I'll definitely be booking them again when we return to Quintana Roo in the future!

Amazing service, we messed up our arrival date and time and thankfully they easily accommodated our request to pick us up on the proper date and time. Not to mention, it was the day of! Friendly and fast transportation and service.

first time during this service was during covid. I saw a review that it was more affordable than the hotel shuttle service so tried it out and it was above my expectations! 1. easy to find at the airport. The man called the private van and it was there in five minutes 2. the van was clean, AC on, friendly and prompt service 3. when I needed to change the time of pick up, I emailed them my request and they promptly changed my reservation for an earlier pick up 4. the return van was early outside of our hotel and again another friendly driver. 5. they were way more affordable than our hotel's service for a private transfer. overall, would use them again without hesitation and would definitely recommend.

It was pretty easy to find the company representative in the back of the crowd of people holding signs. My driver; Juan, arrived very quickly. The drive to a Puerto Morelos was very quick and Juan was polite. I felt safe with him as a solo female traveler. He did have some trouble finding my Airbnb, but a quick call to my host solved it.

I was very glad we opted for the private transfer option from Cancun airport to Tulum, but the airport exit was very confusing. There was a lot going on, and we couldn't quickly locate the Cancun Airport Transportation group, and even then, there was confusion about our reservation once we found them. It was very fortunate that I spoke Spanish. They were on time to pick us up to go back to the airport, and were communicative when I emailed with questions.

Representative met us at the airport to inform us our ride was on the way. On the trip to our hotel, the driver was good but not super friendly and drove hurriedly. The trip to the airport was much better. Good driver and friendly. Vehicle was waiting for us outside the lobby.

Best car service yet. My husband and I have been to Cancun five years in a row. We always seem to use a different car service. We have finally found the best one around and will you see you guys every single time from now on. The driver was very nice, polite and courteous. Not to mention on time at both ends.

Brilliant service! Highly recommended. They were on time when drove me from the airport to Seadust Cancun All Inclusive Family Resort. When they drove me the opposite way, they even showed up 15 minutes too early, which was a good thing because my plane from Amsterdam - Stavanger (Norway) had been cancelled. Because I came earlier to Cancun Airport, I had better chance to get on the only KLM flight from Amsterdam - Stavanger, the following day. I got a seat on the KLM plane from Amsterdam - Stavanger the following day. Both drivers I had spoke really good English and were friendly and easy to speak with.

Great service from Cancun Airport Transportation. I was forced to change my transportation itinerary at the last minute due to the coronavirus travel restrictions in March 2020 and they were able to adjust my transport quickly and without any financial penalty. Both of my drivers were friendly and helpful. The car was comfortable and the journey was smooth. My one point for improvement would be that it can be difficult to find your driver upon arrival at CUN, however, all of the other drivers at the airport were helpful and I was eventually connected with my driver after a short wait - but really this was no big deal and I still rate them 5 stars! Thanks again!

Cancun Airport Transportation made our experience go smooth again. They were waiting outside for us and made sure we were not bothered by anyone else. They had refreshments in the truck as well. Upgrade to private so you can get in and go.

The van was waiting for us the airport and the driver gave us a bottle of water on the way to our resort. The van was waiting for us at the airport and the driver gave us each a bottle of water on the way to our resort. At 10pm the night before our morning departure,our flight was canceled. I booked a new flight then e-mail Dinora at CAT to inform her of our new pick up time. Within minutes, she emailed me back confirming the new time. Making a reservation will give you piece on mind!
