The Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity and timeliness of the opinions and comments posted by TripAdvisor travelers over a period of 12 months. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five bubbles on TripAdvisor, have a minimum amount of feedback and have had the profile on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
